About Ulrike

I guide high-functioning, multi-passionate women like you — seeking deep, embodied transformation to live with greater joy, boldness and sincerity, while yearning to embrace your sacred place within the human and more-than-human community.
My multifaceted approach blends coaching, mentoring, teaching, and hosting, creating a unique space for what I call interstitial work — bridging the gap between where you are and where you long to be while emphasising the connective tissue that supports the working of the whole.
In a loving space, we’ll explore the tapestry of your being – the tender threads, the unexpected hues, the raw beauty of it all — everything that makes you you, even beyond the stories you tell yourself. Together, we’ll gently explore the barriers to your power and authenticity, knowing that this journey is a lifelong unfolding. With practice, you’ll cultivate the skill of embodying your inner knowing with greater ease and joy, from the inside out.

My work is quite unusual, as it deviates from the norm by inviting a sensation-based awareness that is deep and rich, inviting you to explore the interconnectedness of your being with the human and more-than-human world. With gentleness, sincerity and deep knowing, I’ll help you soften into the mysteries within and beyond, reconnecting you to the kinship that binds us all: to our bodies, to the Earth, to the vastness of the Universe.

Interstitial work
— a unique and evolving practice,
weaving together the threads of coaching, mentoring, teaching, and hosting.
It is interstitial in several profound ways:

-
It spans the chasm between where you stand today and the vibrant future you envision, while honouring the fertile, often uncomfortable, space of “not yet” — the liminal realm where true transformation takes root.

-
It acknowledges the current moment — a time of profound transition, where old paradigms crumble and the future remains unwritten. Interstitial work helps us navigate this uncertainty with sincerity, courage and humility, finding our grounding in the in-between.

-
It points to the connective tissue between us, the seen and unseen threads that weave a tapestry where the whole is so much more than the sum of its parts.

-
It celebrates multi-passionate women, honouring the beauty of their gifts and their refusal to be confined or limited by specialisation.

-
It draws attention to the often-overlooked moments and the seemingly insignificant intervals that make up the fabric of our lives. It reveals the sacred within the ordinary, the profound in the mundane.
